Hello
My name is Nick. I'm a certified Disability and Community Support Worker, Addictions Recovery Assistant, and long-time community volunteer. With extensive training and lived experience, I bring both professional insight and personal understanding to every session.
Like many of the people I support, I’ve navigated my own mental health journey. I know how important it is to have care that’s not only available, but adaptable—support that meets you where you are, and shifts as your needs change.
My approach is:
-
Trauma-informed
-
LGBTQ+ affirming
-
Client-centered and flexible
Whether you need a full hour of therapeutic conversation, space for a full emotional release, relaxation strategies, structured support with goals and accountability, or a quick 20-minute check-in to help you through a tough day—I'm here to offer care on your terms.
What makes my services differ from the rest?
My services are ever-growing. I do not believe there is a one-size-fits-all approach. I regularly analyze and assess the effectiveness of sessions to enhance each interaction and offer a trusted space that feels like it was made for you. I am more than happy to incorporate music, lighting settings such as low-high and soft colors, offer you complete input control so you do not feel spoken-over or without advice.
Thank you for being here and considering a new path toward support. If you're unsure where to start, you're welcome to request a free consultation—no pressure, just a chance to explore what fits best for you.
I am well-versed in crisis-prevention and de-escalation methods to support those who may experience extreme emotions.
Anger is not something to fear or suppress—it’s a part of the human experience.

Why do I embrace anger?
Through my training and lived experience in meditation, emotional regulation, personal empowerment, and the pursuit of both inner peace and outer acceptance, I’ve come to understand that anger is not a "lesser" emotion. It holds value when acknowledged and expressed in a safe, constructive way.
I believe that true self-understanding includes embracing the full spectrum of our emotions. That includes learning how to recognize anger, channel it effectively, and use it as a tool for clarity, boundary-setting, and healing—ultimately guiding you back to a sense of self that feels steady and authentic.
I do not support violence, hate, discrimination, or any harmful form of expression. However, I recognize that anger, when left unaddressed, can become overwhelming. That’s why I offer safe, non-judgmental support for working through intense emotions in ways that promote personal growth and emotional balance.
